Wedding stationary...what's the order? did i forget something? - save the date stationary

I'm getting married in October. I do not know about the marriage is everything ... let me know if I missed something ...

1. Save the date or engagement announcement, it's the same?
2. Wedding Invitations
3. Wedding Program
4. Letter of thanks

Save the data in front of the phone calls, usually for the guests of the city to help them make more time to make arrangements. Save the dates and announcements of commitment are a waste of money. You do not need.
Wedding programs are useless if you another great marriage (eg, musicians, readers ...) People want to be seen as part of their marriage.
Thank you, are necessary and should be sent by more than 2 weeks after the wedding.

If you have an announcement of the engagement comes first. It's just a small card bearing the words "Mr. and Mrs. John Jones are pleased to announce their engagmnet duaghter Jane James Smith. Many times, this is ignored, because his great need and a notice in the newspaper or the same without the cost of postage.

A Save the date (not the same as the Engagement announcement) is sent approximately 6 months before the wedding. Its just a formality, given that the customers know to organize their wedding so that the date of travel and accommodation, and can mark their calendars so they DONT agree with any other event of the day. It is good if you have a lot of people from out of town or if you are planning a vacation for the time when one of these make it necessary to apply Arent, but a nice thing. (Also, a special provision with information on hotels in the envelope)

Wedding invitation to you 6-8 weeks before the wedding. It should also include the invitation, reception card RSVP card and stamped envelope and instructions, mENU options, and the hotel

The wedding program is delivered your ceremony.

Letters of thanks to (eg pounds per year) as soon as possible after the marriage. I always recommend in 3 months to realize the friendly people, and only if you havent received thank you notes.

Good luck!

It appears that you have everything taken into account if we are to use all these elements and your budget.
The only real invitations are necessary, and I thank you notes.
In addressing your wedding invitations without any abbreviations in the outer envelope. The inner envelope must bear the names of persons who apply for the invitation.

I'm getting married in August, and that's what we've seen ... Save the date printed (with envelopes and labels, so people can mark their calendars), invitations (with envelope, response card, stamped envelope to the reply card and the card), I Thank you for your thoughts () with envelopes , table cards and seating cards. We also want a tree instead of a book ..... where customers can leave comments to hang them on a map and a small tree.
