Is it dangerous to see a pink discoloration on your dog's white fur? - discoloration on my dogs bottom lip

My dog skin (suddenly, especially in the area of the leg) turned from white to red rose? Is this a sign of fungal infection or what? Is it dangerous? Help!

Can excess skin licking turn pinkish white in the saliva, because dogs.

A red hair color is often in dogs allergic to the groin, armpits) (axilla and seen between the toes (interdigital) and is shown in figure

is the skin of the leg to fall? have the dog licks his leg, too? When I need answers, or even go to the doctor. because my dog had said, as it was red and swollen, the doctor was infected and that b / c the dog licks soo much. and my dogs were infected leg. but u have to bring him to the vet if it becomes increasingly difficult

Take your dog to the vet. If you can, the red skin around the legs Communication have an infection or something built into the pads on their feet. Too much or lick it seem really bothers you? If so, you need to be reviewed before it is possible.
